Welcome to Rain & Root Landscaping & Construction (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Rain & Root Landscaping & Construction provides landscaping, construction, and property services across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. All work carried out by us is subject to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All quotes are free, unless stated otherwise.
   
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
   
• Prices may change if:
   
  • the scope of work changes,
     
  • unexpected issues arise
     
  • additional materials or labour are required.
     
• Any changes will be discussed and agreed upon before work continues.
   

• A booking is confirmed once both parties agree on the quote and start date.
   
• Some projects may require a deposit to secure materials or labour.
   
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
   
• We accept cash, bank transfer, or agreed alternative payment methods.
   
• Late payments may incur charges to cover administration costs.
   

• Customers should give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
   
• Cancellations without sufficient notice may result in charges for lost labour time or materials already purchased.
   
• If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
   

• Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area.
   
• Any pets, obstacles, or hazards must be removed or controlled.
   
• We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.
   

• Materials can be supplied by us or by the customer.
   
• If customers supply materials, we cannot be held responsible for faults, delays, or quality issues.
   
• Waste removal will be included only if specified in the quote.
   
• Additional waste or tip runs may incur extra charges.
   

• Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
   
  • weather conditions
     
  • supplier delays
     
  • unforeseen complications
     
  • changes in the work requested
     
• We aim to complete all work efficiently and to a high standard.
   

• We guarantee quality workmanship on all projects.
   
• Guarantees vary depending on the type of work and materials used.
   
• Natural wear, customer misuse, or external damage (e.g., storms, flooding) are not covered.
   
• Minor imperfections in natural materials such as wood, turf, or stone are considered normal.
   

• We hold appropriate public liability insurance for the work we carry out.
   
• We are not liable for:
   
  • pre-existing issues at the property
     
  • damage caused by incorrect information given to us
     
  • faults in customer-supplied materials
     
  • delays outside our control (weather, supplier issues, etc.)
     

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the project
   
• Inform us of any underground pipes, cables, or hazards
   
• Ensure access to water and electricity if required
   
• Pay for completed work in full and on time
   

We may take before-and-after photos of completed work for marketing purposes.
If you do not want photos taken or used, please inform us in writing before work begins.

If you have a complaint or concern, please contact us directly.
